Description
The Wooden Brat olfactory family is: Woody – Aromatic. Top notes are violet and violet leaf; middle notes are cedar and vetiver; the base notes are fir, musk and amber. Wooden Brat was born after having visited in the province of Lucca a centuries-old oak with a diameter of more than 4mt of trunk, a foliage of about 40mt in diameter, one of the largest in Tuscany. It is known as the witches tree, but legend has it that this oak is the one on which the puppet was hanged by the killers who wanted to rob him from the book “The Adventures of Pinocchio – Story of a Puppet by Carlo Collodi”. the birthplace of the mother of the writer Collodi is not far away. Glycolipids : These compounds made up of macromolecules that contain carbohydrates linked to lipids are obtained from plants. Their function is cellular recovery, i.e. the skin’s ability to retain moisture, minimize transepidermal water loss and overall skin tone and texture.
Aloe juice : this gel obtained from the homonymous cold-pressed plant and from organic farming, has a healing power. Mallow Extract : obtained from plants grown in organic farming, this extract has an anti-inflammatory, emollient, nourishing, skin protective and refreshing function.
Panthenol : Panthenol improves hydration, reduces itching and inflammation of the skin. Accelerates and improves the healing of epidermal wounds. It is often used in sunburn treatment products. When panthenol is applied topically, it penetrates the lower layers of the skin, is absorbed by the skin cells and converted into pantothenic acid (more commonly known as vitamin B5). It is this penetration that allows for essential hydration.
Sodium PCA : Sodium PCA is a sodium salt of pyroglutamic acid. It is an amino acid that occurs naturally in many proteins. It is part of the NMF (natural moisturizing factor), ie compounds that allow the natural maintenance of skin hydration.
It is used in cosmetics as a moisturizer, humectant. This ingredient is also non-toxic, non-irritating and non-allergenic.
Guar gum : obtained from the seed of a legume, this compound is a film-forming agent creates a thin film on the skin that gives the skin a velvet effect.
